Costa Rican Adventures has extensive experience organizing group and individual volunteer projects. We work hand in hand with local communities to execute sustainable and high impact service projects that meet local needs. Volunteers opportunities include school renovations, building community infrastructure, Spanish/English language exchange programs, working on a sustainable farm, and much more.
Based on individual skills, interests, and goals, CRA can work with you to provide a magical volunteer experience that will leave a sustainable positive impact for all involved.

At Costa Rican Adventures, we take pride in our Community Service projects and the positive lasting impact that our groups leave. We work with dedicated and motivated members of local communities to ensure that our service projects meet local needs and integrate community members working alongside our travelers. Susanna is one of our top Community Service experts. A resident of the Caribbean town of Puerto Viejo for over 20 years, Susanna is an integral part of the community and knows how to get things done! She loves working with students, is passionate about education, and is a mom to 7-year-old Hannah.
